Mindful Meditation


Start your week with Mindful Meditation at the Dublin Human Givens Centre.  Explore the benefits of mindfulness & the Human Givens approach to well-being. Mindfulness meditation has numerous benefits including emotional and physical well-being.

Join me for every Monday morning, Tuesday Lunchtime and Wednesday evening to introduce the benefits and practice of Mindfulness to enable you to optimise your well-being.  During the course of the weeks we will explore the following

  • Learn a few mindfulness practices to incorporate into your every day
  • Explore the benefits of mindfulness
  • Learn about Human Givens and optimise your emotional wellbeing
  • Learn how to use mindfulness to lower emotional arousal enabling better coping skills
  • Build resilience

This is not a course so you can drop in any of the days or all of them.

Being more mindful can help relieve stress and anxiety in your everyday life.  Meditation can help you become more focused and perform at your best.  Mindful meditation is a powerful way to start your week and experience as a result the benefit to your emotional and physical well-being.

Every Monday morning 9.30-10.3o, Tuesday lunchtime 13.00-13.30 and Wednesday 18.00-19.00.

Fee €10 Monday and Wednesday and €5 Tuesday payable on the day.  Limited to 10 people so come early to avoid disappointment.
